Claims (6)

1. Herstellungsverfahren eines Elements für Koaxialverbinder mit einem rohrförmigen Körper (1), der einen inneren Hohlraum aufweist, mit einem Stift (2), der axial innerhalb dieses Körpers durch eine Perle (3) aus dielektrischem Material, insbesondere Glas, fixiert ist, wobei dieser axiale Stift gegenüber dem von der Perle verschlossenen Endbereich dieses Körpers vorspringt, mit einem Zentralkontakt (4), der eine axiale Ausnehmung (5) für seine Anlage um den Stift im Inneren des Körpers aufweist und mit einem Isolator (9) zwischen diesem Zentralkontakt und der Wandung des Hohlraums des rohrförmigen Körpers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man an dem Zentralkontakt (4) in Nähe seines Endbereiches (10), der für ein Umfassen des axialen Stiftes (2) ausgelegt ist, eine ringförmige Schulter (6) ausbildet, die in den Innenraum der axialen Ausnehmung (5), mit der der Zentralkontakt (4) versehen ist, vorspringt, daß man innerhalb des Körpers (1) den Zentralkontakt (4) um den axialen Stift (2) herum anordnet, daß man die Schulter (6) des Zentralkontaktes (4) in den Stift einpreßt, in dem um den Zentralkontakt ein rohrförmiges Teil (14) angeordnet wird, daß auf diesen unter der Wirkung einer peripheren Hülse (18) in der Zone, in der die Schulter vorgesehen ist, umfängliche Kräfte ausübt, die nach innen gegen den Stift gerichtet sind, daß man das rohrförmige Teil entfernt und daß man einen Isolator (9) in den Körper (1) um den Zentralkontakt anordnet.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rohrförmige Teil einen inneren, zylindrischen Bereich (15), der in Anlage an den Zentralkontakt gelangt und einen äußeren, kegelstumpfförmigen Bereich (16) aufweist, auf der ein entsprechender kegelstumpfförmiger Bereich der Hülse (18), die außen um das rohrförmige Teil aufgeschoben wird, gleitet.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rohrförmige Teil an seinem Endbereich frontale Anlageflächen (17) aufweist, die gegen die Wand des inneren Bodens des Hohlraums des Körpers (1) des Verbinderelements anschlagen.
4. Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Schulter (6) am Boden einer Fase (11) der Fläche des Endbereichs (10) des Zentralkontaktes ausbildet.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulter (6) durch Drükken hergestellt wird.
6. Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zuvor auf dem Zentralkontakt in Nähe seines Endbereichs (10) eine Vielzahl von longitudinalen Schlitzen (12) vorsieht, die ihm eine radiale Elastizität verleihen.
