Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Entwässern extrahierter Zuckerrübenschnitzel, die zuerst einer Vorpres sung unterworfen werden, in der eine erste Preßwasser fraktion abgeschieden wird, worauf dann eine die Entwässe rung fördernde Flüssigkeit (Hilfsmittel) zugeführt wird und hieran anschließend ein Mischen, Kneten und Umschichten der mit dem zugeführten Hilfsmittel vermengten Zuckerrü benschnitzel ohne Abpressen von Preßwasser erfolgt, worauf dann die Zuckerrübenschnitzel zumindest eine weitere Preßzone durchlaufen, in der zumindest eine zweite Preßwasserfraktion (30) abgeschieden wird.
