Claims (4)

1. Verfahren zum Frischen eines Stahlbades durch Oxygen-Aufblasen mittels einer Blaslanze welche sowohl einen Primär- als auch einen Sekundär- Sauerstoffkreis besitzt, wobei letzterer die notwendige Menge Sauerstoff zum Verbrennen der während des Frischens entweichenden CO-Menge liefert, welche durch Einblasen von im wesentlichen inertem Spülgas durch den Gefässboden unterstützt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man kontinuierlich die auf dem Bad schwimmende Schlackendicke, die Entkohlungs-Geschwindikeit des Bades, sowie den Nachverbrennungs-Faktor des Kohlenstoffmonoxyds bestimmt und, dass man die Höhe der Blaslanze über dem Bad, den Gesamtdurchsatz an geblasenem Sauerstoff, den Durchsatz an Sekundär-Sauerstoff un den Durchsatz an Spülgas derart regelt, dass zu jedem Zeitpunkt des Frischens folgender Gleichung genügt wird :

DOT den gesamten Sauerstoffdurchsatz,
DOS den Sekundär-Sauerstoffdurchsatz,
DCDT die Entkohlungsgeschwindigkeit des Bades,
X den Nachverbrennungsfaktor (% CO2)1(% CO + % CO2) des entweichenden CO und
F den Durchsatz an Spulgas darstellt,

und wo der Durchmesser des Tiegels 500 cm und die Badhöhe 120 cm beträgt.
2. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Frischen derart steuert, dass man sicherstellt, dass sich das Verhältnis (Schlackendicke/Badhöhe) zwischen einer oberen und unteren Grenze, welche empirisch für eine gegebene Anlage bestimmt wird, bewegt.
3. Verfahren gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Entphosphorung und die Entschwefelung des Bades durch Einstellen der Frischbedingungen begünstigt und zwar derart, dass man das Verhältnis (Schlackendicke/Badhöhe) zur oberen Grenze hin neigen lässt.
4. Verfahren gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Nachverbrennung von CO durch Einstellen der Frischbedingungen bedingungen begünstigt und zwar derart, dass man das Verhältnis (Schlackendicke/Badhöhe) zur unteren Grenze hin neigen lässt.
