Hierdurch wird auch die direkte Berührung mit einem gebrauchten Druckrad bei dessen Austausch vermieden, um eine Verschmutzung der Hände oder Kleidung der die Maschiene bedienende Person mit Druckfarbe zu verhindern. Die bekannte Kassette ist aber kein geschlossener Behälter, so daß die Typenscheibe in Außerbetriebslage auch leicht verschmutzt werden kann. Die Wirkungsweise des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist folgende:

  • Beim Einsetzen einer neuen Typenscheibe 3 wird diese zusammen mit dem Deckel 5 aus einem Aufbewahrungsbehälter 1 gezogen und in Pfeilrichtung 75 gemäß Figur 2 in die Aufnahmevorrichtung so weit geschoben, bis die Ausnehmung 73 an dem Deckel 5 an dem Anschlagbolzen 71 zur Anlage kommt. Danach wird der Träger 65 in der Raststellung entriegelt, wobei der Rasthebel 83 von Hand in Pfeilrichtung 93 beaufschlagt wird. Durch die Freigabe der Feder 69 wird der Träger 65 um den Drehpunkt-67 in Pfeilrichtung 92 geschwenkt, wobei die Bohrung 53 des Kupplungsgliedes 51 über die Nabe 63 geschoben wird. Hierbei rastet die Schraubenfeder in die umlaufende Ausnehmung 61 ein.-Die formschlüssige Mitnahme der Typenscheibe 3 in Drehrichtung erfolgt über einen Mitnahmezapfen 95 an der Typenscheibe, welcher in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 97 an einem von dem Motor 45 angetriebenen Antriebsglied 99 spielfrei eingreift. Nach dem Kupplungsvorgang der Typenscheibe 3 mit dem Kupplungsglied 51 der Dreheinstellwelle 37 kann der Deckel 5 in Pfeilrichtung 101 abgezogen werden, wobei die federnden Zinken 15, 17 die Rastvertiefungen 23 der Nabe 21 verlassen. Der Schreibvorgang kann nun mit einer neuen Typenscheibe 3 mit einer gleichen oder anderen Schriftart fortgesetzt werden. Während des Schreibvorganges wird der Deckel 5 wieder in den Aufbewahrungsbehälter 1 geschoben.

Bei diesem Einschiebevorgang rasten die federnden Stege 15, 17 wieder selbsttätig in die Rastausnehmungen 23 der Nabe 21 ein, wodurch die Typenscheibe 3 selbsttätig mit dem Deckel 5 gekuppelt wird. Danach wird der Träger 65 aus der Arbeitsstellung gemäß Figur 3 in die Stellung gemäß Figur 2 geschwenkt, wobei der Rasthebel 83 selbsttätig mit seiner Rastnase 89 hinter dem Bolzen 87 einrastet. Bei dieser Schwenkbewegung wird die Typenscheibe 3 durch eine Abstreifvorrichtung 107 von der Dreheinstellwelle 37 automatisch entkuppelt. Diese Abstreifvorrichtung 107 ist ortsfest zwischen dem schwenkbaren Träger 65 und der Typenscheibe 3 in ihrer Arbeitsstellung angeordnet und hat einen halbkreisförmigen Steg 109, welcher konzentrisch zu der Nabe 21 ausgebildet ist. Dieser Steg 109 drückt beim Schwenkvorgang gegen die Typenscheibe 3 und löst die Kupplung. Da nun die Typenscheibe 3 von dem Kupplungsglied 51 der Dreheinstellwelle 37 entkuppelt ist, kann die Typenscheibe 3 mit dem Deckel 5 in Pfeilrichtung 101 gemäß Figur 2 aus der Aufnahmevorrichtung entfernt werden. Um die Typenscheibe immer in einer bestimmten Stellung in dem Deckel 5 zu halten, ist es erforderlich, daß die Ausnehmung 40 an dem Leersteg beim Wechselvorgang immer in derselben Ausgangsstellung befindet. Einrichtung zum Wechseln einer Typenscheibe in einer Schreib- oder ähnlichen Büromaschine mit einem Montagewerkzeug, mit dem die Typenscheibe kuppelbar und in eine Aufnahmevorrichtung der Maschine einsetz- bzw. herausnehmbar ist, wobei die Typenscheibe mittels einer Kupplungseinrichtung am freien Ende einer von einem Motor antreibbaren Dreheinstellwelle ankuppelbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montagewerkzeug ein Deckel (5) eines Aufbewahrungsbehälters (1) für die Typenscheibe (3) ist und daß Kupplungs-und Zentrierglieder in dem Deckel (5) und an der Typenscheibe (3) angeordnet sind, um die Typenscheibe (3) mit dem Deckel (5) zu kuppeln und in einer von der Dreheinstellwelle (37) demontierten Lage zu zentrieren.1.
