Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zum seitlichen Spannen von auf einer Werkzeugmaschine zu bearbeitenden Werkstücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie von mindestens einem Gleitelement (1) gebildet ist, in dem ein unter der Schubwirkung eines Stellorgans (10) längverschiebbares Verankerungsstück (6) vorgesehen ist, dessen aktiver Bereich gegenüber der Frontfläche des Gleitelements (1) vorspringt und mindestens einen steifen Anschlagbereich (65) und mindestens einen nachgiebigen Anschlagbereich (61-63) aufweist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungsstück (6) aus Federstahl gefertigt ist und einer in Axialrichtung unbeweglichen, jedoch drehbaren Stellschraube (10) zugeordnet ist, und dass der aktive Bereich des Verankerungsstücks (6) durch drei Daumen (61, 62, 63) gebildet ist, die nach unten abgebogen sind und von denen der mittlere Daumen (62) gegenüber den benachbarten Daumen (61, 63) zurückspringt und zur Bildung eines festen Anschlagbereichs verstärkt ist, während die beiden seitlichen Daumen (61, 63) zur Erzielung einer geringfügigen Nachgiebigkeit eine geringe Dicke aufweisen und gegenüber einer Innenfläche (66) des Verankerungsstücks (6) zurückspringend angeordnet sind, damit sie sich beim Nachgeben etwas nach unten verbiegen können.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum seitlichen Spannen von hohen Werkstücken mehrere Gleitelemente (1) übereinandersetzbar sind, von denen jedes zur gegenseitigen Kupplung einen Verbindungsbereich mit einem Vorsprung (11) und einen Verbindungsbereich mit einer hierzu komplementär geformten Ausnehmung (12) aufweist, und dass eine bewegliche, der Verriegelung dienende Nase (17) in jedem Gleitelement (1) vorgesehen ist, die teilweise in das benachbarte Gleitelement (1) hineinreicht, so dass jeglicher Schlupf beim Spannen vermieden wird.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Nase (17) einen radialen Zapfen (20) aufweist, der in einem Loch (21) des Gleitelements (1) verschiebbar ist und nach aussen vorragt.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellschraube (10) einen ringförmigen Einschnitt (18) aufweist, in den die in einer rechtwinklig zur Stellschraube (10) stehenden Ebene orientierte Nase (17) eingreifen kann.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitelement (1) oder die Gleitelemente (1) auf einer oder mehreren, am Tisch der Werkzeugmaschine gehaltenen Fussplatten (22) verankert sind, und dass diese Fussplatten (22) ein zur Ausnehmung (12) des Gleitelements (1) komplementäres Profil haben.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fussplatten (22) in Form von Profilstäben ausgebildet sind, die in Nuten des Tischs der Werkzeugmaschine in einer zu den Nuten parallelen, rechtwinkligen geneigten Ebene festliegen.
