Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung an einer Rauchsammelkammer für ein metallurgisches Gefäß, insbesondere einen Konverter, mit einer durch eine Tür verschließbaren öffnung, wobei die Tür aus einem äußeren Profilrahmen und einem inneren Strahlungsschutzschild besteht und auf Rollen bzw. An den Türen sind Laufräder angeordnet, die auf auf der Bühne verlegten Schienen rollen. Derartige Schiebetüren sind während des Chargierens, des Probenehmens und während des Abstichs über längere Zeit der direkten Strahlung und damit einer sehr hohen thermischen Belastung ausgesetzt, was Störungen zur Folge hat: Der mit dem Profilrahmen starr verbundene Strahlungsschutzschild wird rasch erwärmt und unterliegt starken Spannungen, weil seine Ausdehnung vom mit ihm verbundenen steifen Profilrahmen verhindert wird. Dadurch kann es zu plastischen, irreversiblen Verformungen kommen. Ferner sind bei den bisher bekannten Einrichtungen die Schienen während der öffnungszeit der Türen der direkten Strahlung des Konverters ausgesetzt, sodaß sich auch diese Schienen verziehen. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Einrichtungen ist eine starke Verschmutzung der in der Bühne versenkt angeordneten Schienen.
