Abstract

Leiutis käsitleb ette nähtud omadustega komposiitmaterjali, mis on kulumiskindel ja kõrge mitmetsüklilise pinnadeformatsiooni taluvusega, ning selle valmistamismeetodit. Esitatud komposiitmaterjal sisaldab karkassi 1 torude 2 ja torude liigenditega 3, torude 2 sees olevat kõvafaasi 4, elastset materjali 5 torude 2 vahekohtade täitmiseks ja sideainet 6 kõvafaasi 4 kinnitamiseks/fikseerimiseks toru 2 sees. Torudel 2 on võimalus liikumisteks/pöördumisteks, mistõttu jaotub koormus suuremale pinnale, vähendades paikseid ja suurte deformatsioonide kahjustusi ning suurendades pinna kõrget mitmetsükliliste suurte deformatsioonide taluvust.
