Abstract

The invention relates to a fixing device for distribution boxes, notably electric distribution boards, to be fitted in openings made in hollow walls (2). Said device comprises hollow-wall retaining claws (5), which are positioned in the area of the side walls (11), on their rear side have a guiding and position-blocking element (8), are mounted in a pivoting manner and by means of a screw (10) can be fixed in relation to the rear wall (26) of a hollow wall (3) with a force fit.
