Abstract
The invention relates to composite material with required characteristics which are wear resistance and high resistance against multi-cyclic surface macro-deformations and a method of their preparation. The present composite material comprises structure 1 with tubes 2 and hinges 3 of tubes, inside of the tubes there is a hard phase 4, elastic material 5 for filling the gaps between tubes and binder 6 for fasting/fixing hard phase within tubes. The tubes have a possibility to move/rotate and because of this the load is distributed to the larger surface that provides reduction of local stresses, damages due to large possible deformations and resulting in high resistance against multi-cyclic surface macro-deformations.
