Abstract

The present invention concerns to the method of manufacturing filter material from fibres in the case of the electrospinning method wherein the fibres have an stable electret charge and in addition the fibres have triboelectric charge. To implement the present method the fibres are formed in the electrostatic field from the solutions of two polymers, where the polymers in case of contact acquired the triboelectric charge. During the collective falling of the fibres to the collecting electrode and the same time ongoing mutual friction of these fibres, in the addition to the electret charge received by the convential electrospinning said fibres acquire the charge with the opposite signs, i.e. the triboelectric charge, which corresponding to sign of charge obtained by mixing two polymers which locating on the different ends of the triboelectric line. Due to acquisition of the triboelectric charge the electric field increases within (inside) the obtained material and therefore the characteristics (features) of the material will improve.
