Abstract

Käesolev leiutis käsitleb meetodit ja seadet põlevkivi utmissüsteemi õli-vesi-sette retsirkuleerimiseks. Meetod hõlmab põlevkivi uttegaasi märgpuhastamist ja kondenseerimist vastavalt kogumistoru tsoonis, kaevandusgaasitorni tsoonis, õhutorni tsoonis ja tornjahuti tsoonis põlevkiviõli retsirkuleerimiseks ühest tsoonist teise; separaatori lisamist protsessi iga tsooni saaduse väljundisse põlevkiviõli puhastamiseks ja kogumiseks, ning vahepeal puhastus-/jahutusvee retsirkuleerimist; mitmetsooniliselt tolmuärastite lisamist vastavalt kogumistoru tsooni saaduse väljundi ja separaatori vahele ning gaasitorni tsooni saaduse väljundi ja separaatori vahele õli-vesifaasi haaratud õlisette eraldamiseks; õlisette kollektortanki ja filtri lisamist tolmuärasti settefaasi väljundisse õlisette kontsentreerimiseks ja retsirkuleerimiseks; ning tsüklonite lisamist enne ja pärast kaevandusgaasitorni vastavalt retsirkuleerivasse kaevandusgaasi haaratud aerosooliosakeste ja veetilkade eemaldamiseks. Vastavalt sellele meetodile on see tehnoloogia edumeelne, seadmestiku investeeringu maksumus on madal, vajalik tootmispind on väike, rikete määr on madal, efektiivselt saadakse kõrge puhtusega põlevkiviõli saadust ja kõrge kontsentratsiooniga õlisette saadust, ning puhastus- ja kontsentreerimisprotsessides tekkivat puhastus-/jahutusvett saab retsirkuleerida, mis vähendab suuresti energiatarvet ja parendab varemtuntud põlevkivi utmisprotsessi.
