Abstract
The disclosed rotary platform of a walking excavator has front part as a framework construction. The framework construction comprises a lower and an upper belt and a vertical steel plate mounted between these belts as longitudinal and transversal beams, and a circular beam, and additional reinforcing beams, wherein the longitudinal additional reinforcing beams are mounted substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rotating platform and the transversal additional reinforcing beams are mounted perpendicularly to the transversal axis of the rotating platform.
