Abstract

The subject matter of the present invention is a method providing access to the Internet via end user equipment (smartphone, laptop etc) during roaming through mobile network (GSM, UTMS, 4G/LTE) where identification with SIM-card is requested. At the same time there is no need to conclude a contract with the mobile operator or purchase a respective SIM-card. The client's mobile device is registered in the network and connection with a server is established. Server finds PLMN where the mobile device is located and selects the most suitable virtual SIM-card in that country for the client's mobile device, that is recorded in SIM-card emulator. SIM-card emulator will grant an access for the Internet access device to the local network (Wi-Fi), which delivers Internet access to all client's devices. The same mobile device can be used for the Internet accession in various countries without a need for purchasing physical SIM-cards.
