Abstract
El presente invento se refiere a derivados de cefalosporina de la fórmula general (gráfico), en donde X es CH o N; R1 es hidrógeno o ciclopentilo; R2 es un grupo de la fórmula (gráfico), R3 es hidrógeno, un ión de metal alcalino o un grupo de amonto terciario; R4 es hidrógeno, un grupo protector amínico, pirrolidin-2-ilmetilo, azetidin -3-ilmetilo, iminometilo, 1-carbamimidoilo; R5 es hidrógeno, dialquilcarbamoilo, ew-hidroxialquilo, w-aminoalquilo, piridino-1-metilo, 1-hidroxi-3- aminometil-propilo o (hidroxi)-(pirrolidin-2-il)-metilo; R6 es hidrógeno, trifluorometilo o hidroxilo; y R7 es alquilo, w-hidroxi-alquilo, cicloalquilo, 3-pirrolidinilo, 3-azetidinilo, iminometilo o 1 -carbamimidoilo; así como sus ésteres fácilmente hidrolizable, sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de dichos compuestos e hidratos de los compuestos de fórmula I y de sus ésteres y sales; el invento se refiere también a la preparación de compuestos de fórmula I; a su empleo como sustancias y farmacéuticamente activas, particularmente para el tratamiento y profilaxis de enfermedades infecciosas.The present invention relates to cephalosporin derivatives of the general formula (graph), wherein X is CH or N; R1 is hydrogen or cyclopentyl; R2 is a group of the formula (graph), R3 is hydrogen, an alkali metal ion or a tertiary ammonium group; R4 is hydrogen, an amine protecting group, pyrrolidin-2-ylmethyl, azetidin -3-ylmethyl, iminomethyl, 1-carbamimidoyl; R5 is hydrogen, dialkylcarbamoyl, ew-hydroxyalkyl, w-aminoalkyl, pyridine-1-methyl, 1-hydroxy-3-aminomethyl-propyl or (hydroxy) - (pyrrolidin-2-yl) -methyl; R6 is hydrogen, trifluoromethyl or hydroxyl; and R7 is alkyl, w-hydroxy-alkyl, cycloalkyl, 3-pyrrolidinyl, 3-azetidinyl, iminomethyl or 1-carbamimidoyl; as well as its easily hydrolyzable esters, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compounds and hydrates of the compounds of formula I and their esters and salts; the invention also relates to the preparation of compounds of formula I; to their use as substances and pharmaceutically active, particularly for the treatment and prophylaxis of infectious diseases.
