Abstract

La invención se relaciona con nuevos derivados de la 2-azetidinona de fórmula (I) y con las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, solvatos y profármacos de los mismos. Los compuestos son inhibidores de la absorción del colesterol, útiles en el tratamiento de condiciones hiperlipidémicas. La invención también se relaciona con los procesos para su fabricación y con las composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen.
