Abstract
Esta invención consiste en un procedimiento para el tratamiento integral en la purificación, desinfección y esterilización de residuos patógenos y desechos generales. Permite tratar residuos, hospitalarios principalmente, y desechos generales (domésticos) por tres fases: desactivar, comprimir y encapsular. Los desechos sólidos y semi-sólidos son tratados por medio de la ozonolisis con un impacto ambiental nulo.. Como agente activo el ozono trabaja sobre el núcleo de los microorganismos aerobios y facultativos impidiendo en forma inmediata cualquier acción virulenta de los mismos. Su capacidad de oxidación está reflejada en el alto milivoltaje de su accionar -2.54 Mv. Los desechos previamente clasificados son colocados en fundas específicas que ingresan a una cámara hiperbárica bajo el sistema ADELO/OLE por aproximadamente 20 minutos a concentración y presión determinadas para cada caso específico de acuerdo a un estudio previo. Esterilizados los residuos a los valores que rigen según normas internacionales 10-4 ó 10-6 son encapsulados en material calcáreo a una alta presión de compactación eliminando en su totalidad el aire teniendo como residual de ozono y masa calcárea a un pH 14 como último proceso de esterilización. El producto final es un bloque monolítico que, según la combinación de materiales y aditivos podría ser de cemento, por ejemplo, en las dimensiones, medida y resistencia deseadas, con características de fraguado rápido que, desmoldeado, puede tener uso y aplicación en cualquier campo de la construcción.This invention consists of a process for the integral treatment in the purification, disinfection and sterilization of pathogenic waste and general waste.
