Abstract
Изобретение относится к плунжерному медицинскому насосу и конструкции его камеры. Конструкция камеры включает корпус насоса (1), в котором корпус насоса (1) снабжен по меньшей мере одной цилиндрической камерой, которая включает в себя рабочую секцию поршня (11), в которой поршень (21) может совершать возвратно-поступательное движение, и соединительную секцию, где поршень взаимодействует со штоком (22). Соединительная секция (12) включает в себя первую дугообразную стенку (121), которая выступает от рабочей секции поршня (11), где первый концевой участок первой дугообразной стенки (121) плавно соединяется с боковой стенкой рабочей секции поршня (11), а второй концевой участок первой дугообразной стенки (121) изогнут и проходит вдоль направления оси рабочей секции поршня (11). Медицинский плунжерный насос включает в себя вышеуказанную конструкцию камеры, в которой поршневой узел (2) установлен с возможностью скольжения в цилиндрической камере, и включает поршень (21) и шток (22), а поршень (21) включает в себя уплотнительный участок (211), плотно прикрепленный к боковой стенке рабочей секции поршня (11), и соединительный участок (212), который может взаимодействовать со штоком (22) в соединительной секции (12). Конструкция камеры позволяет быстро соединять поршень (21) и шток (22), тем самым уменьшая повреждение корпуса насоса (1) и продлевая срок службы корпуса насоса (1).
