Abstract
Забойная вибрационная компоновка содержит клапан, установленный выше ротора, который расположен, по меньшей мере, частично в статоре. Ротор функционально подвешен во внутреннем канале кожуха и выполнен с возможностью вращения в статоре, когда текучая среда проходит через вибрационную компоновку. Клапан содержит вращающуюся часть и стационарную часть, каждую, содержащую по меньшей мере один проточный канал. Вращающаяся часть клапана вращается с вращением ротора. В открытом положении проточные каналы частей клапана совмещены, и текучая среда проходит через клапан. В дроссельном положении проточные каналы частей клапана частично или полностью не совмещены, при этом временно дросселируется поток текучей среды, проходящий через клапан, для создания импульса давления. Импульс давления беспрепятственно передается через бурильную колонну или гибкую НКТ выше клапана.
