Abstract
Предложено устройство (1) для эффективного извлечения битума, сланцевой нефти, очень тяжелой и легкой нефти с использованием полностью автоматизированной системы управления, которая содержит добывающую установку (17), размещаемую в нефтяном слое (13), и блок (14) управления, присоединенный к технологическому блоку (15), которые находятся на поверхности, причем добывающая установка (17) имеет обсадную трубу (2), снабженную перфорацией (3), а в обсадной трубе (2) размещен внутренний райзер (4), вокруг которого размещен внешний райзер (5), который также снабжен перфорацией (18) и имеет твердое днище (11), тогда как внутренний райзер (4) открыт снизу и его днище (16) находится над днищем (11) наружного райзера (5), причем через внутренний райзер (4) проходит трос (9), конец которого, находящийся в нефтяном слое, заякорен на дне (11) внешнего райзера (5), а другой конец этого троса выведен на поверхность к блоку управления (14), при этом на тросе (9) в промежутке между днищем (11) и концом (16) внутреннего райзера (4) установлен по меньшей мере один датчик (10), который подключен кабелем к блоку управления (14), а блок управления (14) соединен с технологическим блоком (15).A device (1) is proposed for the efficient extraction of bitumen, shale oil, very heavy and light oil using a fully automated control system, which contains a production unit (17) located in the oil layer (13) and a control unit (14) connected to technological block (15), which are located on the surface, and the production unit (17) has a casing pipe (2) equipped with perforation (3), and an internal riser (4) is placed in the casing pipe (2), around which an external riser is located ( 5), which is also equipped with perforations (18) and has a solid bottom (11), while the inner riser (4) is open at the bottom and its bottom (16) is located above the bottom (11) of the outer riser (5), and through the inner riser ( 4) a cable (9) passes, the end of which, located in the oil layer, is anchored at the bottom (11) of the external riser (5), and the other end of this cable is brought to the surface to the control unit (14), while on the cable (9) between the bottom (11) and the end (16) of the internal riser (4), at least one sensor (10) is installed, which is connected by a cable to the control unit (14), and the control unit (14) is connected to the technological unit (15).
