Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к условным биспецифичным конструкциям перенаправленной активации или COBRA (COnditional Bispecific Redirected Activation constructs), которые вводят в формате активного пролекарства. При воздействии опухолевых протеаз указанные конструкции разрезаются и активируются таким образом, что они могут связывать как антигены-мишени опухоли (AMO - TTA - tumor target antigen), так и CD3, тем самым рекрутируя T-клетки, экспрессирующие CD3, в опухоль, что приводит к терапевтическому эффекту.
