Abstract
Резьбовое соединение для стальной трубы, обеспеченное улучшенной уплотняемостью относительно внутреннего и внешнего давления. Резьбовое соединение 1 включает в себя ниппель 10 и муфту 20. Ниппель 10 включает в себя охватываемую резьбу 11, носовую часть 12, поверхность 13 заплечика ниппеля и уплотняющую поверхность 14 ниппеля. Муфта 20 включает в себя охватывающую резьбу 21, поверхность 23 заплечика муфты и уплотняющую поверхность 24 муфты. Уплотняющая поверхность 24 муфты имеет точку SP уплотнения, коническую поверхность 242, расположенную на центральной ее точке, определенной вдоль направления оси CL трубы. Расстояние LSP между концом носовой части 12 и точкой SP уплотнения, измеренное в направлении оси CL трубы, составляет 13 мм или больше. Угол заплечика между ниппелем или поверхностью 13 или 23 заплечика муфты и плоскостью VP, перпендикулярной оси CL трубы, составляет от 2 до 13. Отношение TB/TP - толщины стенки TB муфты к толщине стенки TP ниппеля 10, измеренное в точке SP уплотнения, равно 1,7 или выше.
