Abstract
Устройство водоснабжения содержит основание (1) с распределительным коллектором (3) с продольными каналами (23, 24) и поперечными каналами (25, 26), гидроаккумулятор (5), входной и выходной патрубки (15, 16) и присоединенный к основанию (1) фильтр со сменным картриджем (12), размещенным в колбе (2). Гидроаккумулятор (5) снабжен резьбовым соединительным штуцером (18), выполненным с отверстием для соединения внутреннего объема гидроаккумулятора (5) через соединительный канал (27) основания (1) с фильтром и через продольный канал (23) коллектора (3) - с выходным патрубком. Основание (1) выполнено подвесным с опорной монтажной плоскостью (29) и снабжено резьбовым элементом (гайкой) (28) для установки штуцера (18) в соединительный канал (27). Коллектор (3) выполнен с продольными каналами (23, 24), соединенными по противоположным концам с входным и выходным патрубками (15, 16) и с отверстиями для присоединения контрольно-регулирующей аппаратуры, а колба (2) фильтра установлена на основании (1) с помощью резьбового соединения. Колба (2) фильтра и гидроаккумулятор (5) установлены вертикально, а входной и выходной патрубки (15, 16) коллектора (3) размещены горизонтально и противоположно направлены. Картридж (12) фильтра установлен в колбе с образованием кольцевой полости (30) и осевой полости (31), соединенных разными поперечными каналами (25, 26) и продольными каналами (23, 24) коллектора (3) с входным и выходным патрубками (15, 16) соответственно. Патрубок (15) связан с насосом, а патрубок (16) - с потребителем воды. Гидроаккумулятор (5) подключен к соединительному каналу (27) основания, связанному с осевой полостью (31) фильтра, закрепленного со стороны, противоположной стороне расположения гидроаккумулятора (5). Коллектор (3) снабжен встроенным обратным клапаном (17), установленным перед входным патрубком (15) и шаровым краном (6), установленным перед выходным патрубком (16). The collector (3) is made with longitudinal channels (23, 24) connected at opposite ends to the inlet and outlet pipes (15, 16) and with holes for connecting control and regulation equipment, and the filter flask (2) is installed on the base (1) using a threaded connection. The filter flask (2) and the accumulator (5) are installed vertically, and the inlet and outlet pipes (15, 16) of the collector (3) are placed horizontally and oppositely directed. The filter cartridge (12) is installed in the flask with the formation of an annular cavity (30) and an axial cavity (31), connected by different transverse channels (25, 26) and longitudinal channels (23, 24) of the collector (3) with inlet and outlet pipes (15 , 16), respectively. The branch pipe (15) is connected to the pump, and the branch pipe (16) is connected to the water consumer. The accumulator (5) is connected to the connecting channel (27) of the base, connected to the axial cavity (31) of the filter, fixed on the side opposite to the side of the accumulator (5). The manifold (3) is equipped with a built-in check valve (17) installed in front of the inlet (15) and a ball valve (6) installed in front of the outlet (16). The design has been simplified and the reliability of the device as a whole has been increased, which makes it possible to further increase the period of maintenance-free and maintenance-free operation.
