Изобретение относится к области медицинской техники, а именно к установкам для утилизации медицинских инфицированных отходов. На общей платформе (1) установки смонтирован аппарат (2) для термической дезинфекции и деструкции медицинских отходов (далее аппарат), блок управления (3) и блок фильтрационной системы (4). Аппарат имеет термокамеру (5) с крышкой (6), внешним и внутренним корпусами (7 и 8), выполненными в виде стаканов, установленных один в другом с зазорами (9 и 10) между ними. Аппарат также содержит воздухораспределитель (13), выполненный в виде осевой перфорированной трубки. Коаксиально воздухораспределителю (13) установлена перфорированная трубка (15), служащая защитным кожухом. Аппарат снабжен гибкими электронагревательными элементами (11, 12, 14) соответственно на наружной поверхности внутреннего корпуса, под его днищем и на воздухораспределителе. Верхняя часть корпуса образует камеру (16) для сбора газов, образующихся при обработке отходов. Аппарат имеет замкнутую систему циркуляции воздуха, снабженную вентиляционными насосами (20) с нагнетающими патрубками (21), подающими воздух в воздухораспределитель (13). Вентиляционные насосы (20) расположены под днищем наружного корпуса. Воздухозаборы (22) всасывающих патрубков (23) расположены в зазоре между днищами корпусов. В верхней части цилиндрических стенок внутреннего корпуса выполнены отверстия (24), обеспечивающие поступление воздуха из внутреннего объема термокамеры в зазор между цилиндрическими стенками внешнего и внутреннего корпусов. Аппарат обладает улучшенными энергетическими характеристиками. Достигаемый технический результат - обеспечение равномерного распределения температуры по внутреннему объему термокамеры при одновременном снижении тепловых потерь.The invention relates to the field of medical technology, namely to installations for the disposal of medical infectious waste. An apparatus (2) for thermal disinfection and destruction of medical waste (hereinafter referred to as the apparatus), a control unit (3) and a filtration system unit (4) are mounted on a common platform (1) of the installation. The device has a heat chamber (5) with a lid (6), outer and inner cases (7 and 8), made in the form of glasses, installed one in the other with gaps (9 and 10) between them. The device also contains an air distributor (13) made in the form of an axial perforated tube. A perforated tube (15) is installed coaxially to the air distributor (13), which serves as a protective casing. The device is equipped with flexible electric heating elements (11, 12, 14), respectively, on the outer surface of the inner case, under its bottom and on the air distributor. The upper part of the housing forms a chamber (16) for collecting gases generated during waste treatment. The device has a closed air circulation system equipped with ventilation pumps (20) with discharge pipes (21) that supply air to the air distributor (13). The ventilation pumps (20) are located under the bottom of the outer casing. Air intakes (22) of the suction pipes (23) are located in the gap between the bottoms of the bodies. Holes (24) are made in the upper part of the cylindrical walls of the inner housing, providing air flow from the inner volume of the heat chamber into the gap between the cylindrical walls of the outer and inner housings. The device has improved energy characteristics. The achieved technical result is to ensure a uniform temperature distribution over the internal volume of the heat chamber while reducing heat losses.
