Abstract

В одном из вариантов в соответствии со способом подают источником напряжения первую составляющую сигнала напряжения на фотоэлектрическое устройство и подают вторую составляющую сигнала напряжения на фотоэлектрическое устройство в течение заданного интервала времени между соседними первыми составляющими. При этом первая составляющая включает в себя один или несколько импульсов напряжения с положительной величиной и содержит состояние включения для генерирования электрического поля на фотоэлектрическом устройстве, причем источник напряжения выполнен с возможностью не подавать потенциал на фотоэлектрическое устройство в течение заданного интервала времени.Methods and systems for operating a photovoltaic device in the power generation mode are proposed. In one embodiment, according to the method, a voltage source supplies a first component of a voltage signal to a photovoltaic device and supplies a second component of a voltage signal to a photovoltaic device during a predetermined time interval between adjacent first components. In this case, the first component includes one or more voltage pulses with a positive value and contains an on state for generating an electric field on the photovoltaic device, and the voltage source is configured not to supply potential to the photovoltaic device for a predetermined time interval.
