Abstract
Настоящее изобретение имеет отношение к способу удаления оксидов мышьяка из технологических отработавших газов, содержащему этап прохождения упомянутых отработавших газов через слой фазы, состоящей из нанесенной на носитель ионной жидкости, который отличается тем, что ионная жидкость содержит один или более катионов из списка, состоящего из замещенного фосфония, аммония, имидазолия, пирролидиния и пиридиния, и один или более анионов из списка, состоящего из хлорид-иона, бромид-иона и карбоксилат-иона. По сравнению со слоем активированного угля, такой же слой активированного угля, пропитанный ионной жидкостью, соответствующий настоящему изобретению, позволяет практически удвоить способность слоя адсорбировать мышьяк, в то же время значительно ускоряя протекание процесса адсорбции.The present invention relates to a method for removing arsenic oxides from process exhaust gases, comprising the step of passing said exhaust gases through a layer of a phase consisting of a supported ionic liquid, characterized in that the ionic liquid contains one or more cations from a list consisting of substituted phosphonium, ammonium, imidazolium, pyrrolidinium and pyridinium, and one or more anions from the list consisting of chloride ion, bromide ion and carboxylate ion. Compared to the activated carbon layer, the same ionic liquid-impregnated activated carbon layer according to the present invention makes it possible to practically double the capacity of the layer to adsorb arsenic, while significantly accelerating the adsorption process.
