Abstract
Изобретение относится к горно-металлургической промышленности и может быть использовано при кучном выщелачивании различных металлов из руд. Целью настоящего изобретения является повышение эффективности выщелачивания за счет предотвращения образования или разрушения антифильтрационных слоев внутри штабеля КВ, а также обеспечение воздействия на нетронутые области штабеля при проникновении технологических растворов в целях восстановления или обеспечения оптимальной фильтрационной способности массива выщелачиваемых руд и освобождения для растворов золота, заключенного в рудах зоны кольматации. Для этого предусмотрено введение в них специальных устройств, преимущественно в виде роботов-червяков (так называемых "электронных червей, электрических червей, умных червей или цифровых червей") или иных видов миниатюрных (отвечающих требованиям) устройств, предназначенных для передвижения в штабеле КВ, преимущественно в местах образования антифильтрационных слоев, с образованием каналов до восстановления их оптимальной проницаемости.The invention relates to the mining and metallurgical industry and can be used for heap leaching of various metals from ores. For this, it is envisaged to introduce special devices into them, mainly in the form of robotic worms (the so-called "electronic worms, electric worms, smart worms or digital worms") or other types of miniature (meeting the requirements) devices intended for movement in a KV stack, mainly in places of formation of anti-filtration layers, with the formation of channels until their optimal permeability is restored.
