Abstract

The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to equipment for coagulological, microbiological and other laboratory studies in vitro. Described is a test based on a natural polymeric compound for carrying out laboratory hemostatic studies in vitro, including a microtube and an adhesively bonded test sponge based on a natural polymeric compound, obtained directly in the microtube by freeze-drying. EFFECT: obtained test, the use of which allows to reduce the error in the experiments, exclude the use of medical glue to fix the sample in a microtube, and also simplify the testing of hemostatic activity in vitro in the production of hemostatic agents without conducting animal studies.
