Abstract
Изобретение направлено на создание арматурного стержня периодического профиля без продольных ребер, улучшенных эксплуатационных свойств для армирования железобетонных конструкций, а также для использования в качестве грунтовых анкеров, крепежных элементов для опалубки и прочих соединительных механических и анкерных устройств. Указанный технический результат достигается тем, что арматурный стержень периодического профиля имеет сердечник круглого сечения и наклонные серповидные поперечные выступы, расположенные в четыре ряда по поверхности стержня. Для обеспечения возможности двухвалковой прокатки без продольных ребер вершины поперечных выступов расположены по всей поверхности сердечника в шахматном порядке по винтовой линии. Вершины смежных продольных рядов поперечных выступов размещены в наклонных осевых плоскостях стержня, прилежащие углы которых к осевым плоскостям, совпадающим с осями прокатки арматуры, составляют от 20 до 70°. Выступы могут быть расположены на поверхности стержня с образованием винтовой резьбы.The invention is aimed at creating a reinforcing bar of a periodic profile without longitudinal ribs, improved operational properties for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures, and also for use as ground anchors, fasteners for formwork and other connecting mechanical and anchor devices. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the reinforcing bar of the periodic profile has a round core and inclined crescent-shaped transverse protrusions located in four rows along the surface of the bar. To ensure the possibility of two-roll rolling without longitudinal ribs, the tops of the transverse protrusions are located over the entire surface of the core in a staggered manner along a helical line. The tops of adjacent longitudinal rows of transverse protrusions are located in inclined axial planes of the bar, the adjacent angles of which to the axial planes coinciding with the rolling axes of the reinforcement are from 20 to 70 °. The protrusions can be located on the surface of the rod to form a screw thread.
