For this, vibration-acoustic massage is carried out using the "singing bowl" tool. The "Singing Bowl" is made of "bell bronze" alloy metal and has the shape of a vessel with an inner diameter of 250 mm, a wall height of 110 mm and an outer diameter of a bottom of 130 mm. It is placed directly on the body of the person being massaged with the implementation of contact directly with the naked body of the person being massaged or through tissue. The "singing bowl" is held with one hand, in the other hand there is a beater tool, which is an object whose handle is made of wood 260 mm long and 18 mm in diameter and the drum part is made of rubber in the form of a cylinder 55 mm in diameter and 35 mm in height. Vibration is extracted from the "singing bowl" by striking the rubber part of the beater against the upper edge of the bowl with a series of 9 beats with a rhythm characterized by obligatory equal pauses of 1 s between each of 9 beats. After the end of the vibration, the "singing bowl" moves to the next position according to the direction of the massage movements, while the effect of sound waves either on the whole body of the massaged person or locally occurs. The patient simultaneously performs breathing exercises with a series of successive rhythmic breaths, breath holding and exhalation for 3-15 seconds, performing at least 3 series. Before the session and / or during the entire session or part of the session, the "singing bowl" or parts of it are warmed without exceeding the comfortable temperature for the massaged level. Sessions are held no more than 1 time per day. The duration of the session is 50 minutes in the first session and from 60 to 70 minutes in the second and subsequent sessions. The number of sessions in the course is 3, with an interval of sessions every other day. The method provides effective correction of anxiety and insomnia with a simultaneous reduction in the duration and number of procedures.
