Изобретение относится к нефтяной промышленности, в частности к технологии диагностики оборудования, и может быть использовано в системах мониторинга состояния глубинных насосов нефтяных скважин и контроля их производительности. Сущность изобретения состоит в способе диагностики утечки пластовой жидкости (ПЖ) в процессе работы штангового глубинного насоса (ШГН) и в устройстве для осуществления способа, заключающемся в измерении давления на выкидной линии скважины и в двух точках насосно-компрессорный трубы (НКТ) скважины, одна из которых находится в устье НКТ, а вторая - ниже на расстоянии соответствующей 1/2высоты цилиндра используемого насоса, а утечка ПЖ из глубинного насосного оборудования вычисляется по алгоритму. Технический эффект заявляемого изобретения состоит в точности измерения, простоте способа, удобстве и простоте непосредственного автоматического определения утечки в работе ГНУ глубинного насоса и незначительного дополнительного узла оборудования скважины.The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to equipment diagnostics technology, and can be used in systems for monitoring the state of deep pumps of oil wells and monitoring their performance. The essence of the invention consists in a method for diagnosing formation fluid leakage (LF) during the operation of a sucker rod pump (SRP) and in a device for implementing the method, which consists in measuring the pressure on the flow line of the well and at two points of the tubing (tubing) of the well, one of which is located at the wellhead of the tubing, and the second is lower at a distance corresponding to 1/2 of the height of the cylinder of the pump used, and the drainage fluid from the downhole pumping equipment is calculated by the algorithm. The technical effect of the claimed invention consists in the measurement accuracy, the simplicity of the method, the convenience and simplicity of direct automatic leak detection in the operation of the GNU deep pump and an insignificant additional unit of the well equipment.
