Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к торакальной хирургии, и может быть использовано при хирургическом лечении гангренозных абсцессов легких и осумкованных эмпием плевры. Задачей предлагаемого изобретения является разработка эффективного способа мини-VAC-реторакотомии, позволяющего получить малотравматичный и адекватный доступ к гнойному очагу без формирования дефекта грудной стенки. Реализация данной задачи достигается за счет того, что миниторакотомию выполняют через ложе резецированного ребра, герметичность вакуумной повязки обеспечивают сшиванием кожи над ней, а последующую смену вакуумной повязки выполняют при миниреторакотомии. Преимуществами предлагаемого способа являются использование адекватного малотравматичного доступа; отсутствие дефекта грудной стенки, требующего пластического закрытия; снижение материальных затрат на лечение за счет экономии расходных материалов.The invention relates to medicine, namely to thoracic surgery, and can be used in the surgical treatment of gangrenous abscesses of the lungs and pleura sensitized by empyema. The objective of the invention is to develop an effective method of mini-VAC-retoracotomy, which allows to obtain a less traumatic and adequate access to the purulent focus without the formation of a defect in the chest wall. The implementation of this task is achieved due to the fact that the minithoracotomy is performed through the bed of the resected rib, the tightness of the vacuum dressing is ensured by suturing the skin over it, and the subsequent change of the vacuum dressing is performed with mini-rheotractomy. The advantages of the proposed method are the use of adequate less traumatic access; absence of chest wall defect requiring plastic closure; reduction of material costs for treatment due to the saving of consumables.
