Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, а именно к насосным установкам, предназначенным для перекачивания воды, водных растворов, а также нефти, нефтепродуктов и сходных с ними жидкостей по магистральным, технологическим и вспомогательным трубопроводам, и направлено на создание одноступенчатого центробежного насосного агрегата с максимальным КПД на режимах, отличных от номинального, при упрощении его конструкции и придания ей универсальности, что обеспечивается за счет того, что одноступенчатый центробежный насосный агрегат включает центробежный одноступенчатый насос двухстороннего входа, приводной электродвигатель, муфту, соединяющую их валы, опорную раму для крепления корпуса насоса и электродвигателя, корпус насоса, состоит из основания и крышки, входного и выходного патрубков, ротора с закрепленным на нем рабочим колесом, установленным в опорных подшипниках, и спиральный отвод, выполненный согласно изобретению в виде отдельной самостоятельной детали, а части его внешней поверхности, предусмотренные для размещения в выполненных для этого ложементах крышки и корпуса, соответствуют форме поверхностей этих ложементов. При этом, рабочее колесо и спиральный отвод выполнены попарно сменными, причем параметры рабочего колеса и спирального отвода в каждой паре рассчитываются на максимальное значение эффективности при обеспечении требуемой подачи и напора. Сменные спиральные отводы выполнены в виде единой литой детали и содержат разделительную перегородку, разделяющую поток жидкости по ходу движения.The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely to pumping units designed for pumping water, aqueous solutions, as well as oil, oil products and similar fluids through the main, technological and auxiliary pipelines, and is aimed at creating a single-stage centrifugal pumping unit with maximum efficiency modes other than nominal, while simplifying its design and giving it versatility, which is ensured by the fact that the single-stage centrifugal pump unit includes a centrifugal single-stage two-way inlet pump, a drive motor, a coupling, shaft connecting them, a support frame for fixing the pump housing and the electric motor, the pump housing consists of a base and a cover, an inlet and outlet nozzles, a rotor with an impeller mounted on it mounted in the support bearings, and a spiral retraction made according to the invention in the form of a separate independent part, and parts of its outer surface provided for placement in lodgments made for this purpose yshki and body surfaces correspond to the shape of these lodgements. At the same time, the impeller and the spiral outlet are made in pairs replaceable, and the parameters of the impeller and the spiral outlet in each pair are calculated for the maximum efficiency value while ensuring the required flow and head. Replaceable spiral bends are made in the form of a single molded part and contain a dividing partition separating the flow of fluid in the direction of travel.
