Изобретение относится к области транспортного машиностроения, в частности к системе помощи троганию (СПТ) транспортных средств с места на подъеме без откатывания. Основу аппаратной платформы разработанной системы помощи троганию на подъеме составляет модулятор АБС (антиблокировочная система), контролирующий давление сжатого воздуха в рабочей тормозной камере при удержании автомобиля на подъеме. Отличия данной системы помощи троганию автомобиля с места на подъеме перед предлагаемыми известными автопроизводителями заключаются в следующем: не требует установки дополнительных сложных элементов или систем за счет использования существующих компонентов на борту автомобиля, что повышает конкурентоспособность продукции; позволяет получить высококачественный процесс управления давлением в тормозной камере и, следовательно, развиваемым тормозным моментом на колесах. При этом уменьшается динамическая нагруженность элементов трансмиссии за счёт согласования роста крутящего момента трансмиссии и уменьшения развиваемого тормозного момента на колесах. Изобретение позволяет дооснастить автоматизированной мехатронной системе управления силовым агрегатом функцией трогания с места на подъеме путем перепрограммирования ЭБУ (электронный блок управления) АБС.The invention relates to the field of transport engineering, in particular to a start assist system (SPT) of vehicles from a place on the rise without rolling back. The differences between this system of assistance to start the car from a place on the rise compared to those offered by well-known car manufacturers are as follows: it does not require the installation of additional complex elements or systems due to the use of existing components on board the car, which increases the competitiveness of products; allows you to get a high-quality process of controlling the pressure in the brake chamber and, consequently, the developed braking torque on the wheels. At the same time, the dynamic loading of the transmission elements is reduced due to the coordination of the increase in the transmission torque and the decrease in the developed braking torque on the wheels. EFFECT: invention makes it possible to equip the automated mechatronic control system of the power unit with the function of starting off on the rise by reprogramming the ABS ECU (electronic control unit).
