Коготь железнодорожной сцепки содержит носовую часть, хвостовую часть, соединяющий их переходный участок и внутреннюю полость, при этом толщина стенок когтя в зоне внутренней полости в переходном участке выполнена однородной, при этом хвостовая часть в зоне тяговых поверхностей выполнена с неравномерной толщиной стенок и площадкой с верхней стороны, при этом отверстия для валика сцепки и сигнального флажка выполнены в виде двух параллельных между собой отверстий, не связанных между собой. Способ изготовления когтя железнодорожной сцепки включает в себя выполнение верхней и нижней полуформ и литейных стержней, установку литейных стержней между полуформами с их последующим соединением, заполнение полученной литейной формы металлом, при этом литейные стержни устанавливают между верхней и нижней полуформами на расстоянии друг от друга для формирования отверстий и внутренних полостей когтя отдельно друг от друга. Заявляемое изобретение позволяет оптимизировать и повысить надежность конструкции когтя железнодорожной сцепки и упростить технологичность способа изготовления.The invention relates to the field of railway technology and relates to coupler devices of railway cars, in particular to the design of the claw (fist) automatic coupling and to the method of its manufacture. The rail hitch claw contains the nose section, the tail section, the transition section connecting them and the internal cavity. The claw wall thickness in the area of the internal cavity in the transition section is homogeneous, while the tail section in the area of the traction surfaces is made with an uneven wall thickness the sides, with the holes for the hitch roller and the signal flag made in the form of two holes parallel to each other that are not interconnected. A method of manufacturing a railway hitch claw includes making upper and lower half-molds and casting cores, installing casting cores between the half-molds with their subsequent joining, filling the resulting mold with metal, while the casting rods are installed between the upper and lower half-shapes at a distance from each other openings and internal claw cavities are separate from each other. The claimed invention allows to optimize and improve the reliability of the design of the claw of the railway hitch and to simplify the manufacturability of the method of manufacture.
