Изобретение относится к химико-фармацевтической промышленности, а именно к фармацевтической композиции в форме таблетки, содержащей 2,0-15,0 мас.% мемантина; 1,5-10,0 мас.% мелатонина; 65,0-80,0 мас.% наполнителя, выбранного из маннитола или смеси маннитола с коповидоном; 4,0-15,0 мас.% дезинтегранта, выбранного из кросповидона; 1,0-2,0 мас.% связывающего вещества, выбранного из сорбитола; 1,0-2,5 мас.% подсластителя, выбранного из мальтитола, сахарината натрия или их смеси; 0,5-1,0 мас.% скользящего вещества, выбранного из коллоидного диоксида кремния, стеариновой кислоты, стеарата магния, талька или их смесей; 1,5-3,0 мас.% ароматизатора, а также к способу ее получения.
