Abstract
Предложен способ изготовления армированных геотехнических профилей, отличающийся тем, что термопластичный материал, предпочтительно твердый и высокопрочный ПВХ и/или ПЭТ, и/или ПЭ, и/или АБС, и/или ПП, пластифицируют в экструдере, после чего его продавливают через блок крестовидной фильеры, а внутренние армирующие профили (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16) в виде плоских стержней, арочных элементов, уголковых элементов, ребристых профилей или секций какой-либо геометрии вводят в него по всему объему или, по меньшей мере, в выбранные зоны поперечного сечения геотехнического профиля (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15), причем эти профили создают из непрерывного и/или рубленого волокна, производимого одновременно или как часть отдельного производственного процесса. Армированный геотехнический профиль, в частности профили шпунтовых свай и мобильные устройства для защиты от наводнений, отличающийся тем, что он изготовлен из термопластичного материала, в который арматура (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16) в виде непрерывных волокон введена локально или, по меньшей мере, в выбранные зоны поперечного сечения, а затем стабилизируется и поддерживается в заданном положении с помощью слоя/покрытия из ПВХ и/или ПЭТ, и/или ПЭ, и/или АБС, и/или ПП, которое прочно и неразрывно связано со стекловолокном.
