Abstract
Заявлено устройство преобразования энергии перепада давления газообразного рабочего тела, содержащее, корпус (1, 2), установленные в корпусе потребитель вырабатываемой механической энергии (10) и расширительная турбина (16), образованная корпусом (14) и расположенным в нем рабочим колесом (3) с лопатками, газоводы (5), патрубки для подвода (8) и отвода (9) теплоносителя, патрубки подвода (6) газообразного рабочего тела к рабочему колесу (3) расширительной турбины (16) и патрубки отвода (7) газообразного рабочего тела, при этом рабочее колесо установлено на валу, соединенном с валом потребителя (10) вырабатываемой механической энергии. Корпус (14) расширительной турбины (16) снабжен сопловыми каналами (4) и обратными направляющими каналами (15). Сопловые каналы (4) и обратные направляющие каналы (15) расположены по окружности рабочего колеса (3) с угловыми смещениями по направлению вращения рабочего колеса (3) и соединены между собой газоводами (5), причем вход каждого газовода (5) соединен с обратным направляющим каналом (15), а выход газовода (5) соединен с сопловым каналом (4). Способ использования энергии перепада давления газообразного рабочего тела, осуществляемый в устройстве по пп.1-4, включает многократное расширение при одновременном понижении его давления и температуры и отвод вырабатываемой механической энергии, нагрев или охлаждение теплообменником в теплоносителе после каждого расширения. Осуществляют многоступенчатое последовательное расширение со скоростью потока газообразного рабочего тела на выходе из сопловых каналов каждой ступени в пределах Maxa 0,3-0,5 и отношение U/С=0,5 на каждой ступени расширения 0,5, и с равными степенями понижения давления и срабатываемого теплоперепада на всех ступенях расширения газообразного рабочего тела.
