Abstract

Способ и установка для охлаждения синтез-газа, полученного каталитическим паровым риформингом углеводородсодержащего сырьевого газа, который охлаждается за счет теплообмена с котловой питательной водой для ее преобразования в водяной пар, путем отделения полученного в результате водного конденсата, при этом дальнейшее охлаждение осуществляется таким образом, что газ проходит через несколько последовательно соединенных ступеней охлаждения и включает теплообмен с сырьевым газом, с дегазированной и недегазированной котловой питательной водой для генерирования водяного пара, требуемого для парового риформинга, и с окружающим воздухом, и при этом конденсат, полученный после последней ступени охлаждения, отделяется от газа, и газ выпускается для дальнейшей обработки, при этом по меньшей мере после следующей ступени охлаждения, предшествующей по ходу технологического процесса последней ступени охлаждения, от газа отделяется горячий водный конденсат.
