Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medicine and provides a modified radioligand method for quantitatively assessing the binding activity of β-adrenergic receptors (α-AP) on the surface of human T-lymphocytes, which allows to reliably determine specific binding with 1- and 2-adrenergic receptors at their low concentrations, on the basis of which analyzes for clinical trials. The method includes the stage of pre-incubation of a medium containing T-lymphocytes with a ligand specific for 1- and 2-AP, followed by interaction with [I] cyanopindolol. The technical results are a significant increase in the sensitivity of the assay in relation to the binding activity of 1-AP, as well as the ability to identify characteristic patterns of changes in the characteristics of the -AP link under the influence of pre-incubation with specific ligands.
