Камера ПН снабжена впускным клапаном, расположенным в перегородке, и выпускным клапаном, связывающим камеру через коллектор с магистральным смесепроводом (МС). Смесь нагнетают в камеры через впускные клапаны при закрытых выпускных. Выгружают смеси из камер непрерывными циклами, в первом из которых подают в первую заполнившуюся смесью камеру рабочую среду под давлением, обеспечивающим закрытие ее впускного клапана, через выпускной клапан вытесняют рабочей средой смесь из камеры в коллектор, после чего отключают подачу в камеру рабочей среды. Последовательно подают в следующую заполнившуюся смесью камеру рабочую среду. Технический результат заключается в повышении производительности и снижении энергозатрат.The invention relates to the field of transportation of mixtures using pneumatic systems. Essence: the mixture is loaded into a pneumatic screw pump, arranged in a cylindrical body, divided by a partition into two parts: in one there is a screw pump, in the other a multi-chamber pneumatic pump (PN). The PN chamber is equipped with an inlet valve located in the partition and an exhaust valve connecting the chamber through the collector to the main mix pipe (MS). The mixture is pumped into the chambers through the intake valves with the exhaust valves closed. Mixtures are unloaded from the chambers in continuous cycles, in the first of which the working medium is fed into the first chamber filled with the mixture under pressure to close its inlet valve, the mixture is displaced from the chamber into the collector by the working medium, after which the flow of the medium into the chamber is turned off. Subsequently, the working medium is fed into the next chamber filled with the mixture. The technical result is to increase productivity and reduce energy consumption.
