Изобретение относится к области промышленных технологий очистки сточных вод, более конкретно к очистке водных растворов, содержащих пестициды. Задачей предлагаемого изобретения является создание способа очистки водных растворов пестицидов с концентрациями, превышающими предельно допустимую в 1,5-100 раз и более, позволяющего удалять пестициды из природных, технологических и сточных вод с эффективностью 98-100%. Поставленная задача решается в настоящем способе очистки водных растворов, содержащих пестициды, заключающемся в том, что очистку проводят постадийно в следующей последовательности: очищаемые водные растворы подщелачивают или подкисляют до pH 8-10; затем проводят окисление путем введения твердого перманганата калия в количестве от 0,5 до 5 г на 1 дмпри температуре 15-25°C, затем при 50-70°C в течение 15-60 мин и завершают процесс окисления путем охлаждения до 20-35°C; после этого при перемешивании в раствор вводят коагулянт или коагулянт и флокулянт; образовавшийся при этом осадок отделяют с помощью центробежных сил (с использованием центрифуги, декантора, сепаратора или гидроциклона); затем в осветленную воду вводят сорбент, в качестве которого используют порошковый активированный уголь с влажностью 1-5% в количестве 1-6 г на 1 дм. Процесс отделения сорбента от очищаемой воды осуществляют на фильтрах, задерживающих частицы с размером более 5 мкм.The invention relates to the field of industrial technologies for wastewater treatment, and more particularly to the purification of aqueous solutions containing pesticides. The objective of the invention is to provide a method for purification of aqueous solutions of pesticides with concentrations exceeding the maximum permissible by 1.5-100 times or more, allowing to remove pesticides from natural, technological and waste waters with an efficiency of 98-100%. The problem is solved in the present method of purification of aqueous solutions containing pesticides, which consists in the fact that the purification is carried out in stages in the following sequence: the purified aqueous solutions are alkalinized or acidified to pH 8-10; then oxidation is carried out by introducing solid potassium permanganate in an amount of 0.5 to 5 g per 1 dm at a temperature of 15-25 ° C, then at 50-70 ° C for 15-60 minutes and the oxidation process is completed by cooling to 20-35 ° C; then, with stirring, a coagulant or a coagulant and a flocculant are introduced into the solution; the precipitate formed in this case is separated by centrifugal forces (using a centrifuge, decanter, separator or hydrocyclone); then a sorbent is introduced into clarified water, which is used as activated carbon powder with a moisture content of 1-5% in an amount of 1-6 g per 1 dm. The process of separating the sorbent from the purified water is carried out on filters that trap particles with a size of more than 5 microns.
