Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству (1) стимуляции воздуха в трахеобронхиальных путях пациента (5), страдающего обструктивным нарушением вентиляции легких, которое способно изменять реологию его трахеобронхиальной слизи и содержит генератор (6) отрицательного давления, физиологический интерфейс (2), способный сопрягать устройство с дыхательной системой пациента (5), соединительную трубку (4), соединяющую физиологический интерфейс (2) с генератором (6) отрицательного давления, и схему управления, способную управлять генератором отрицательного давления на протяжении фазы пассивного выдоха с целью создания последовательности чередующихся импульсов отрицательного давления и вентилирующих импульсов с заданной частотой и коэффициентом заполнения, определенным на протяжении первой части выдыхательного цикла, а затем со второй частотой и вторым коэффициентом заполнения на протяжении второй части выдыхательного цикла, и повторять заданное число выдыхательных циклов.
