Задача - разработка более эффективного способа доставки лекарственных средств в виде аэрозоля - решается благодаря генерации лекарственного средства в виде аэрозоля и включает равномерную подачу через микропомпу атмосферного воздуха в нагревательный канал, пропускание подогретого воздуха через камеру с размещенным лекарственным средством, термическую возгонку исходной субстанции лекарственного средства с последующей нуклеацией полученного пересыщенного пара и конденсационным ростом образованных аэрозольных частиц, дополнительную подачу атмосферного воздуха в образовавшийся аэрозоль и подачу через выходной патрубок в легкие пациенту в виде аэрозоля. Положительный эффект предложенного способа достигается за счет использования микропомпы для подачи воздуха с постоянной скоростью в испарительную камеру с лекарственным средством. Во время вдоха пациента дополнительный поток воздуха примешивается к аэрозольному потоку через специальные отверстия в камере аэрозолеобразования, не возмущая поток воздуха через испарительную камеру. Преимущества: поддерживается постоянный размер аэрозольных частиц и постоянная массовая скорость подачи аэрозоля в легкие пациента, что в итоге позволяет точно контролировать дозировку аэрозольной формы лекарственного средства.The invention relates to methods for producing medicinal aerosol. During the inhalation of the patient, additional air flow is mixed into the aerosol stream through special openings in the aerosol formation chamber, not disturbing the air flow through the evaporation chamber. Advantages: maintaining a constant size of aerosol particles and a constant mass flow rate of aerosol into the patient’s lungs, which ultimately allows you to precisely control the dosage of the aerosol form of the drug.
