Abstract

The invention relates to the field of microbiology, biotechnology and ecology and relates to obtaining a new biological product "KazBioRem" based on strains of Rhodococcus erythreus AT7 and Dietzia maris 22K, which can be used for bioremediation of oil-contaminated soil. Currently, oil pollution causes great damage to the ecology of the environment. One of the ways to solve this problem is the biological method of cleaning oil-contaminated soil and water using microorganisms, which allows you to quickly and effectively clean oil-contaminated areas. The effectiveness of bioremediation of oil-contaminated soils directly depends on the presence of active strains of oil destructors in the medium. Successfully selected culture and properly selected filler are the key to developing an effective biological product and successful bioremediation work. The technical result is the preparation of the drug "KazBioRem" on the basis of Rhodococcus erythreus AT7 and Dietzia maris 22K oil destructor strains with high cell titer without cultivation on industrial fermenters.
