Abstract

Настоящим изобретением предложен вращающийся преобразователь энергии ветра, содержащий ротор с вертикальной осью 4 вращения, который снабжен двумя или более лопастями 6, соединенными с центральным телом 5 и/или друг с другом. Лопасти, называемые "рабочими лопастями", снабжены ветропроницаемой конструкцией 2. На одной стороне лопастей формируется рабочая поверхность. Она образуется на одной и той же стороне всех рабочих лопастей парусом или парусами 1; при этом ветропроницаемая конструкция лопастей ограничивает возможность парусов следовать направлению движения воздушного потока, падающего на лопасти с этой стороны. Этой поверхностью лопасти захватывают энергию ветра и преобразуют ее во вращение ротора. Нагрузка на лопасти и частота вращения ротора могут регулироваться.
