Abstract
Штанговая насосная установка с линейным приводом для заканчивания скважины в двух пластах, предназначенная для обеспечения вертикального возвратно-поступательного перемещения пары штанг соответствующих штанговых глубинных насосов. Штанговая насосная установка с линейным приводом для заканчивания скважины в двух пластах включает в себя первую и вторую линейные механические системы привода, расположенные в одном корпусе. Эти линейные механические системы привода обеспечивают вертикальное перемещение и управление данным вертикальным перемещением пары штанг. Каждая линейная механическая система привода включает в себя механизм реечной передачи. Зубчатая рейка функционально соединена посредством зубчатого зацепления с зубчатой шестерней. Данная шестерня функционально соединена с вращающимся выходным валом электродвигателя. Вращение вала электродвигателя в первом направлении приводит к перемещению вертикально вверх зубчатой рейки и соединенной с ней соответствующей штанги штангового глубинного насоса. Вращение вала электродвигателя во втором направлении приводит к перемещению вертикально вниз зубчатой рейки и соединенной с ней соответствующей штанги штангового глубинного насоса. С электродвигателем функционально соединен электронный контроллер.
