Abstract

Описаны способы и устройства для получения алкинов. Способ включает сгорание топлива и окислителя в зоне сгорания с образованием потока несущего газа, который ускоряется до сверхзвуковой скорости в зоне расширения. Сырьевой материал инжектируют в зону инжекции сырья с помощью двух или более множеств инжекционных форсунок. Инжекционные форсунки расположены кольцеобразно. Поток несущего газа переходит от сверхзвуковой скорости к дозвуковой скорости с образованием ударной волны в реакционной зоне. Реакционная зона непосредственно соединена с зоной инжекции сырья, и ударная волна образуется рядом с зоной инжекции сырья. Поток несущего газа и сырьевой материал одновременно смешиваются и вступают в реакцию.
