Изобретение решает задачу расширения функциональных возможностей устройства, выраженных в обеспечении возможности формирования каналов для приема/передачи вторичного и третичного цифровых потоков, обеспечении возможности организации каналов интерфейсов ОЦК и С1-ФЛ-БИ, каналов ТЧ и канала служебной связи, обеспечении автоматической балансировки Ethernet трафика. Мультиплексор включает платформу с системной шиной, к которой подключены выполненные в виде отдельных плат модули, представляющие функционально независимые устройства: модуль формирования каналов со скоростью 155 Мбит/с, модуль управления и контроля, модуль каналов Ethernet, модуль формирования каналов со скоростью 34368 кбит/с, модуль формирования каналов со скоростью 2048 кбит/с, модуль формирования каналов со скоростью 8448 кбит/с, модуль интерфейсов основного цифрового канала, каналов ТЧ в сопровождении сигналов управления и взаимодействия, С1-ФЛ-БИ, ТЧ и канала служебной связи, при этом модуль каналов Ethernet и модуль управления и контроля объединены в один модуль коммутации, контроля и управления, организующий прохождение сетевого трафика через различные каналы.The invention relates to multi-channel communication devices, in particular to a multifunctional channel-forming equipment with flexible configuration.
