The film or the preform according to the invention comprises a polyester material selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate, the starting polyethylene terephthalate bottle, polyethylene terephthalate waste, polyethylene terephthalate modified with glycol (PETG), polyethylene naphthalate, polybutylene terephthalate and polylactic acid, and at least one sliding additive, wherein the specified moving additive is an ester of an aliphatic alkanol of the formula R-OH, where R denotes an alkyl group with a branched chain, soda neighing 12-18 carbon atoms, and an aliphatic fatty acid of the formula R-COOH, where R denotes a straight-chain alkyl group containing 11-21 carbon atoms, and the glidant at 25 ° C is a liquid.
