Тепловой экран содержит внутреннюю обечайку (1) в виде сборного каркаса, фасонные детали (2) которого состоят из дощечек (4), соединенных между собой крепежными кольцами 5 и шпильками 6 с образованием цилиндрической стенки (7) с замкнутой поверхностью (3) из четырех слоев композиционного углеродного материала, и характеризуется термостойкостью в инертной среде 2500-3000°C. Каждый последующий слой внутренней обечайки (1) выполнен плотно прилегающим к предыдущему с возможностью создания жесткой конструкции. Первый внутренний слой (8) выполнен термостойким из композиционного углерод-углеродного материала с плотностью 1,8-1,9 г/см. Второй слой (9) выполнен защитно-предохранительным из терморасширенного графита. Третий слой (10) выполнен теплоизоляционным из нетканого высокопористого углеродного войлока с поверхностной плотностью 80-120 г/м. The fourth layer (11) is made of graphitized carbon fabric with a surface density of 1000-1200 g / m.
